Body

Merge tags: {{first_name}} {{company}} {{title}} {{booking_link}} {{sender_name}} {{sender_signature}}. With mailbox rotation on, {{sender_name}} / {{sender_signature}} auto-swap to match whichever mailbox sends each email. Spintax: {Hi|Hello|Hey} picks one at random per recipient, so no two emails are identical.

🔀 Rotate copy across recipients (anti-spam) — send 2-3 worded-differently versions that rotate like your mailboxes do

Each recipient gets one of these (chosen consistently by their email), so no two identical emails go out in a row.

Follow-up sequence (optional — each follow-up is sent only to people who haven't replied yet)

💡 Deliverability tip: use spintax to vary each email so it doesn't look like bulk mail. Write {Hi|Hey|Hello} {{first_name}} or {Quick question|One quick thing} — each recipient gets a random pick. More variations = better inbox placement.

For lead campaigns, each lead already has personalized AI copy from the Leads tab.

🔥 Email Warmup

Your mailboxes send small, natural emails to each other on a schedule to build sending reputation. Turn it on for domains you want warmed — keep them out of campaigns until ready.

Ramp is automatic: ~4/day for the first days, rising to your target over ~2 weeks. Warmup runs in the background (every few minutes).

Send a test from a mailbox to your own inboxes (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo…) and check where it lands — the only reliable way to know if you're hitting the Primary inbox vs Spam.

Compliance

Contacts come only from licensed Apollo data with per-lead source provenance. EU leads are flagged for GDPR. Suppressed emails (🚫 on any lead) are excluded from every export. Email 1 always carries an opt-out line for CAN-SPAM.
